North West Energy Assessments (NWEA) are qualified experts in conducting Domestic and Commercial Energy Assessments on premises.

Our assessors visit the property and collect information including the type of heating system, windows, construction type and date built.

The information gathered will then generate an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC), which will ‘rate’ the energy efficiency of the property from A to G.

A = the property is very energy efficient and would have relatively low running costs

G = the property is not very energy efficient and will have relatively high running costs

The Energy Performance Certificate will also give recommendations for improvements if necessary and ways to cut fuel bills and save money.

How Long Will The Assessment Take:

For most domestic properties an energy assessment will take approximately 1 hour to complete and the certificate will be delivered within 3-5 days. Commercial properties will take longer to assess depending on their size and type.
